My two employers since I completed my formal education are Jacobs Park General Hospital and Northwest Medical Center. In both positions as LPN, I have been recognized for five major achievements over the past decade:

2 - Great reputation with all staff as team player willing to do what it takes, supported by references I am able to provide.
3 - Very competent LPN medical skills— committed to continuous improvement.
4 - Continued development in advanced learning skills and certifications.
5 - Some PA training and a rotation in hospice care.
