Dear Mr. Johnson
Regretfully, I must tender my resignation, effective the 1st of next month. Although, I have enjoyed working with you and our Tech-data Corporation colleagues, I have accepted a position with another company that offers the potential for continued professional growth and many tangible and intangible rewards. Please let me know what formal steps should be taken to complete all projects, I am now currently involved in and all documents needed for human resources purposes.
I am grateful for the experience this position has offered me. If there is anything I can do to make my departure a smooth one, please let me know. I also hope that all professional relationships and personal friendships will last beyond my tenure at any company. You and my Tech-data Corporation colleagues have truly been inspirational role models, and I owe you much. Thank You.
