Currently I am managing an On The Border restaurant in the Tulsa area and am going to be relocating to Oklahoma City at the end of the month. I saw the posting for a manager for one of your new restaurants and am very interested in taking my experience from the Chili’s family to a new organizaiton.

- Responsible for smooth operation of the restaurant and lounge areas and equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction including dealing with complaints, special reservations, and meeting planning. We are ranked in the top 15% nationally in this area.
- Manage restaurant and lounge areas and equipment.
- Manage restaurant and lounge staff, delegating responsibilities, scheduling, disciplining, evaluating, hiring, training, and mentoring for future promotion possibilities. We have had the lowest turnover in the state of any restaurants in our corporate family.
- Execute budgetary responsibilities including forecasts, target worker-hours, labor forecasting, profit and loss accountability, cost control, inventories, and just-in time purchasing.
