I am writing to formally apply for the CSR position for which you are recruiting at USA Finance.
My past successes demonstrate strengths in working in a call center environment, being focused on the task at hand/expediency, solving customer problems, and assuming team leadership roles within the center.

- Certifications: Numerous technical and managerial courses: Managing Conflict, Managing People and Performance, Communications Workshop, Leadership for the Future, Achieving Communication Effectiveness, and Labor Relations (AT&T School of Business & Technology).
I have never been a maintainer, but rather I enjoy taking on a challenge, resolving problems, and being a part of the growth of a business.
