I am skilled at providing PC hardware/software support both on site and over the phone. While completing my B.S. degree in Computer Science, I worked as a technical consultant to users in the university community and the Bridgeport Public Library. I gained experience in installing, configuring, and repairing laptop and desktop PC hardware, installing and upgrading a wide range of software in multiple DOS and Windows environments, and supporting network connectivity.
